The label design is a contemporary interpretation of what may be considered the first corporate logo in history. This allegorical emblem, marking the personal enterprise of Giovanni Rucellai, was designed by Leon Battisti Alberti in Florence in the 15th c. Depicting a boat in full sail on a tempestuous sea, the re-elaborated design is used here as a sign of continuation.
