The strategy behind the communication of provenance through the naming of the wines; ‘Mezzo Braccio’, signifying the ancient Florentine unit of surface measurement and ‘Scabrezza’ the measurement of water, creates an undisputed cultural link rooted in a relatively unknown territory for the making of wine, between Fiesole and Florence, uniting this estate of the Florentine family of the Antinori with the city of Florence.
